We are looking for an Advisor, Indigenous Business Services to join our team to provide business management, startup and growth advisory services to Indigenous businesses throughout Atlantic Canada. Our clients come from a diverse range of industries and across all stages of the business life cycle.



  • RBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • RNo experience required; however, business advisory experience is considered an asset
  • RDemonstrated expertise in business management, business startup, business planning, business strategy, strategic planning, process design and optimization, financial management, marketing, digital business solutions and/or other professional business management services is considered an asset
  • RExperience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • RWorks well under pressure and with competing deadlines
  • RExceptional written and oral communication skills
  • RAdept at analyzing and solving complex business problems
  • RAbility to work from home, including access to a base level of internet speed (10 mbps download and 5 mpbs upload) to allow for virtual meetings, desktop research, and to perform other requirements of the job
  • RMUST be self-motivated
